Founded by Wonda and Jeremy, Sounds of Balance is a heart-centered space for personal growth, inner harmony and meaningful connection through sound, energy and intentional experiences.

Maybe you simply want an hour to lie down, breathe and relax. Maybe you're looking for deeper emotional or spiritual exploration. Either way, you're welcome here, just as you are.

Our approach honors the connection between mind, body, spirit and the energy we carry, including the balance between masculine and feminine energies within each of us.

Experiences

Sound experiences

Immersive group sound baths, private sound journeys and collaborative experiences with singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and other instruments. Just get comfortable, close your eyes and listen.
Energy and alignment sessions

Individual sessions that may include biofield exploration, tuning forks, chakra balancing, intuitive guidance and emotional release practices, shaped around what you're looking for.

Lucia light experiences

A light-based meditation that invites deep relaxation, inner exploration and personal reflection. You rest with your eyes closed while the Lucia N°03 lamp, paired with music, plays steady and flickering light.

Many people describe shifting colors, patterns and dreamlike imagery as thoughts fade and the breath slows. Each experience is personal.
